Andrew G. Humphries is a Ph.D. student in economics at George Mason University. He earned his M.A. from George Mason University, his M.Ed. from Endicott College, and his B.A. in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College. The working title of his dissertation is “What Was Natural Jurisprudence?” His paper coauthored with Jon Murphy, “His Memory Has Misled Him?
