David W. Findlay is the Pugh Family Professor of Economics at Colby College where he has been a faculty member since 1985. He received his B.A. with Honours from Acadia University (Canada) and his Ph.D. in Economics from Purdue University. Two of his previously published articles examine the effects of player race and ethnicity on election to the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
