Eoin Drea is Senior Economist at Tom Phillips and Associates, Dublin, Ireland. He was previously Economist at DTZ Pieda Consulting and an intern under Lars Jonung in Directorate General for Economic and Financial Affairs of the European Commission in Brussels. He is a specialist in property and development economics. His research interests focus on the historical development of monetary institutions, particularly on the evolution of central banking structures and policies.
