Jack Russell Weinstein is a Chester Fritz Distinguished Professor of Philosophy and the Director of the Institute for Philosophy in Public Life at the University of North Dakota. He is the author of numerous articles and books, including On Adam Smith (Wadsworth, 2001) and Adam Smith’s Pluralism: Rationality, Education, and the Moral Sentiments (Yale, 2013).
