Jamie Bologna Pavlik is a research fellow at the Free Market Institute and an assistant professor of agricultural and applied economics in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at Texas Tech University. Dr. Bologna Pavlik earned her B.S. in business economics from the University of Penn State at Behrend and her Ph.D. in economics from West Virginia University, where she received the department’s Best Doctoral Student Award.
