Nassim Nicholas Taleb

Nassim Nicholas Taleb traded derivatives for 21 years be­fore starting a research career. His research focuses on practi­cal, mathematical, and philosophical problems with prob­ability, as well as the ability of systems to handle disorder. He is the author of the Incerto, a tetralogy (Antifragile, The Black Swan, Fooled by Randomness, The Bed of Procrustes), and its mathematical backup Silent Risk.
