Dr. Pinar Karaca-Mandic is the C. Arthur Williams Jr. Professor of Healthcare Risk Management in the Department of Finance, Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. She is also the Academic Director of the Medical Industry Leadership Institute (MILI). She is also a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research.
