Rick Geddes is assistant professor of policy analysis and management at Cornell University. He holds a PhD in economics from the University of Chicago and was a visiting faculty fellow at Yale Law School in 1995-1996, and a National Fellow of the Hoover Institution at Stanford University in 1999-2000. His research interests include the effects of regulation on corporate governance, public utility regulation, postal economics, and the economics of women’s property rights.
