Scott Drylie

Scott Drylie is an assistant professor and the director of the graduate program for Cost Analysis at the Air Force Institute of Technology in Dayton, Ohio. He is also an active-duty finance officer for the United States Air Force. He teaches economic principles, mathematical economics, and acquisi­tions cost estimating. His research focuses on the role of learning, expertise, and innovation in organizations and sys­tems. He has a B.S. in Economics from Montana State Univer­sity, an M.Ed. in Education, an M.S. in Cost Analysis, and a Ph.D. in Economics from George Mason University.
