Victor Novack is the founding director of Soroka-BGU Medi­cal Research Institute and Head of the Research Authority at Soroka University Medical Center, the second largest hospital in Israel. Prior to his current position, Prof. Novack served as a Medical Director at Harvard Clinical Research Institute, Boston. He has designed and contributed to the design of more than 50 feasibility and pivotal trials for FDA approval. Prof. Novack is Vice Dean for Innovation and Professor of Medicine at Faculty of Health Sciences at Ben-Gurion University, Director of the Department of Medicine at Soroka University Medical Center, and Senior Scientist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School. He is an Associate and Statistical Editor of the European Journal of Internal Medicine. He has more than 300 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals.
